He leads his dental team of nurses/receptionists jointly with those in his other practice in Perth. Any patient of either practice may visit/attend the other practice if desired. Mr. MacDougall's wife, Yvonne, who helps him within the practice, is a professional painter - her paintings decorate the practice. They have two children, university graduates, in their thirties.
Continuing Practice Development
Mr MacDougall often attends post-graduate courses, lectures and seminars all over the UK in search of new techniques and new thinking in old techniques. He does this largely because he has a life-long fascination with dentistry and what it is capable of doing toward his aim: that everyone should be able to:

The three most recent: 2-day Conference in Bradford (implants) Summer 2006; 1 full-day Seminar in Royal College of Surgeons, London (bone grafting in the maxillary sinus) Winter 2006; 1-day Course in Aberdeen (Advanced Endodontics) Winter 2006.
